This little personal widget is for one of my rather rapid frustrations with Klout: I can only give out +K if Klout's engine has decided that topic should already be listed with that person. In many cases, the most significant influence isn't on their radar.

To be fair, and as a little rule for this game, I check Klout first and try to give +K instead, and periodically review to see if I can pull something out of here and into +K instead. I like my +Q better, but some few people are using +K for self branding and promotion of their social marketing savvy. That, and if part of the reason is a missing bit of Klout, it doesn't make sense to leave it here if it is no longer missing.
